Who is Heiko
At 16, I took my first solo journey to Brazil—an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for cultural exploration and taught me the power of open-mindedness in fostering growth and integration.
At Accenture, I deepened my understanding of the challenges international professionals face in adapting to the German work and living environment. I took an active role in bridging cultural gaps, moderating differing expectations among colleagues, and promoting smoother collaboration across diverse teams.
Over the past decade in South Korea, while raising three sons, I immersed myself in the local culture and supported German companies in navigating Korean business practices. I also helped foster a global mindset among Korean colleagues—bridging cultures to drive understanding and collaboration.
My passion for cross-cultural communication and leadership development led me to Samsung University, where I spent over seven years as part of the Global Leadership Team.
There, I led a high-performing team in designing and delivering impactful training programs that strengthened international employee development and embedded corporate values.
Together, we launched Cross-Cultural Communication Programs and enhanced onboarding for mid-level international hires—accelerating integration and boosting team performance.
With deep expertise in leadership, cross-cultural communication, and talent development, my mission is to drive meaningful, lasting change.
I coach HR professionals globally and design tailored programs that elevate workforce motivation, sharpen skills, and prepare leaders for success in an interconnected world.
My expertise in Cross-Cultural Communication allows me to contribute to an organization’s long-term success by building a motivated, skilled workforce ready to tackle the challenges of an interconnected world.
